Panel Cut

The Panel Cut tool is used to create mesh cuts in a Panel Decal's parent object.
Instead of cutting, you can optionally also create cutter objects instead.
Panel Cut is especially useful for GPanel and EPanel, tools that don't provide cutter objects as backups, which could be used instead, like in the case of the Slice tool.
Selection
One or multiple Panel Decals.
Modes
Default: Create cutter object or mesh cut immediately
ALT: In case of mirror modifiers on the Panel Decals, use all mirror instances, not just the original object for cutting/cutter creation
